You can apply directly through our website by clicking Apply Now. The process is quick and can be completed online.
Q: Do I need a guarantor or co-signer?
Yes, most students will need a guarantor (often a parent or guardian). If you don’t have one, we offer options such as a security deposit or third-party guarantor services.
Q: How long are the leases?
Our standard leases are 12 months, typically running August to July. Flexible lease terms may be available for an additional fee. Contact our office for more details!
Rent & Payments
Q: What is included in rent?
Rent includes high-speed internet, maintenance service, and the best Management team in Tallahassee!
Q: How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid securely online through our resident portal with a bank account, debit, or credit card.
Q: When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 3rd.

Yes, 759 Apartments is a gated community.
Q: Are the units furnished?
Limited furnished units are available. Lease early to ensure availability!
Q: Can my pet live with me?
Yes. Tenants must submit their pet to a Pet Screening service. A pet fee and pet rent will apply. Certain breed restrictions apply.

Q: What if something in my unit needs to be fixed?
Submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, and our professional maintenance team will respond promptly. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
Move-In & Move-Out
Q: What should I bring when I move in?
Bring your personal furniture, kitchen supplies, and décor. We recommend also bringing Wi-Fi-compatible devices, bedding, and toiletries.
Q: How does move-out work?
At the end of your lease, you’ll receive detailed move-out instructions. Be sure to clean your unit and return your keys to avoid extra charges.
